Delivery: Free UK/EU delivery on orders of £10 or more. £1.00 on all others. Same day postage before 11am GMT. For UK mainland, please allow two to three days.

Payment: We offer PayPal or Google Checkout to process card payments. You do not need an account. We accept bank transfers and cheques. These options are at checkout and we send you an E-mail with details. Orders are processed when payment is cleared.
Quality guarantee: Our greeting cards come with (at least) a 14 day money back guarantee.
Returns: We will pay the return postage. Your rights are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive here.
Privacy: We do not disclose your information to third parties. Information collected is solely for processing your order. We do not receive your payment card details. We will not spam you. Discounts are advertised here.
